How to Order AI Credit Packs

Overview

CrawlSage allows you to purchase supplemental credit packs to top up your account balance. This ensures continuous scheduled sweeps even if you exhaust your monthly subscription credit limits.

Prerequisites

• An active CrawlSage account.
• A valid payment method supported by Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets).

Step-by-Step Guide

1. From your user settings navigation, click on the **Billing** tab.
2. Locate the **Credit Wallet** module showing your current balance.
3. Click **Buy Credits**.
4. Select your desired top-up package (e.g. 500 or 2,000 credits).
5. Click **Pay Now** to open the Razorpay secure checkout frame modal.
6. Select your payment option (such as UPI QR or card input) and complete the payment verification.

Expected Result

The Razorpay checkout panel will close and show a success confirmation. Your credit wallet balance will instantly update in the top header bar, and the purchase transaction details will be logged in your credit ledger history.
