Overview
CrawlSage triggers alerts when critical regressions are found during scheduled sweeps. You can configure rules to flag specific conditions like a drop in the overall score or new broken links.
Prerequisites
- A project with scheduled monitoring enabled.
- Verified email address in your profile settings.
Step-by-Step Configuration
- From your project dashboard, navigate to **Settings → Alerts**.
- Toggle the alert switches to define what triggers a notification:
- Health Score Drops: Triggers when the score drops by more than 5%.
- New Critical Issues: Triggers when new high-severity errors are found.
- Broken Links: Triggers when a crawl identifies a non-existent URL.
- Click **Save Alert Rules**.
Expected Result
If a scheduled scan detects any violations matching your rules, an alert will be sent immediately to the email addresses registered to the project workspace.
Alert Deduplication
CrawlSage filters repetitive errors. You will receive only one notification per issue, preventing inbox spam during recurring daily scans.
