Troubleshooting Offline warnings

Problem

CrawlSage returns a "Website Unreachable" warning during verification sweeps or domain audits.

Symptoms

• The dashboard shows a red warning banner indicating your domain DNS cannot be resolved.
• Manual verification sweeps fail immediately with a "DNS Lookup Failed" message.

Resolution

1. Verify your domain is online by opening it in a fresh, incognito window.
2. Check for temporary DNS propagation delays if you recently updated your domain name servers (NS) or A records.
3. Ensure your hosting server doesn't block requests originating from international cloud servers.
