How to Cancel Your Subscription

Overview

You can cancel your active paid CrawlSage subscription at any time directly from the user dashboard settings.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the **Billing Panel** inside settings.
2. Locate your subscription details card and click **Cancel Subscription**.
3. Review the cancellation checklist (warnings regarding limits reductions) and confirm.

Expected Result

Your subscription status shifts to **Pending Cancellation**. Your features and active limits remain accessible until the end of your current billing period (the grace period), after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
