Reviewing Refund Requests

Overview

CrawlSage provides refund processing rules in accordance with our terms of service and Razorpay checkout parameters.

Refund Rules

• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of initial subscription activation if credit usage is under 10% of the plan limits.
• One-time credit packs purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack are consumed.
• To request a refund, submit a support ticket specifying your Razorpay Payment ID.
