Resolution

1. Verify your site's plugin connection is active.
2. If you recently updated your theme files, confirm that your header template retains the hook call (e.g., wp_head() in WordPress).
3. If validation fails because the tag isn't visible, purge your hosting page cache (such as SG Optimizer, W3 Total Cache, or Cloudflare) and click **Re-verify**.
