Troubleshooting Balance Sync Errors
Refreshing credit displays and verifying payment status.

Problem
You successfully topped up credits or upgraded your subscription, but your dashboard wallet balance doesn't update.
Resolution
- Give transactions up to 3 minutes to settle through Razorpay's webhook receiver.
- Click the refresh icon next to your Credit Wallet indicator in settings.
- If payment status shows "Failed" or "Pending" in your bank records, the transaction was rejected by your issuer. Funds are typically returned automatically within 5 business days.
